We’ll Appeal Judgement On Abure –Usman

Chairperson of Labour Party National Caretaker Committee Senator Esther Nenadi Usman, said the committee will appeal the judgement that recognised Julius Abure as National Chairman of the party.

Usman in a statement noted that the case preceded the formation of the Caretaker Committee. She said: “We deliberated on the judgment passed.

However, after being briefed, the Caretaker Committee decided to join the case.

“Consequently, we have resolved to appeal the judgment accordingly. “I, therefore, call on all party members to remain calm and maintain peace as we continue our reconciliation efforts.”
