Security operatives have reportedly foiled an attempted attack on the Nigerian Correctional Centre in Ikoyi even as people were seen fleeing the vicinity.
A video feed filed in by a member of the public to Arise News a few minutes ago, Thursday afternoon, showed thick smoke billowing from around the vicinity of the facility.
