Upbeat Fest Debuts in Lagos This Month

Upbeat Recreation Centre has unveiled a spectacular end-of-year celebration, tagged Upbeat Fest. The festival is an immersive and exhilarating end-of-year celebration that will captivate guests of all ages. Scheduled to debut on December 15th, 2023, and extending through to January 1st, 2024, Upbeat Fest, according to the organisers, “promises an extravaganza filled with joy, excitement, and entertainment for individuals, the entire family.

This event marks an extraordinary culmination of the year, offering a myriad of engaging activities and experiences that redefine the holiday spirit.” The festival will feature an array of activities, including live music performances from major and emerging acts, comedy, spoken word, classic games like mini basketball, hoop games, splash face dunk tank, and dart shooting, catering to both thrill-seekers and those seeking lighthearted fun.

“Additionally, our newly curated Up- beat Activities Den will showcase creative acts such as face painting, fancy body stickers, bracelet crafting, innovative photo props, and 360 cameras, providing an immersive and interactive experience for all attendees,” the organisers stated, adding that live entertainment with music performances from major and emerging acts, comedy, spoken word, and various entertainment activities will kick off daily from 4 pm to 8 pm, ensuring non-stop excitement throughout the event.

“Moreover, the festival will introduce the debut of the thrilling Upbeat Water Tag on December 15th, offering guests the chance to engage in friendly water battles, bringing a refreshing twist to the holiday celebrations. “As a highlight, the enchanting Santa Grotto will captivate visitors with Santa’s Helper, story time, photo opportunities with Santa, and heartwarming gifts, creating cherished memories for families.
