Ayobamiji Komolafe 
Two confirmed dead in a tragic accident on the Onitsha-Nteje-Awka road in Anambra State after a car rammed into a tanker.
The incident which was confirmed by the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) occurred on Saturday, September 14.
In the accident, the FRSC spokesperson said a male and female adult died, while another person was injured.

The crash was attributed to brake failure, causing the driver to lose control.
However, Authorities have removed the vehicles from the scene, and investigations are ongoing.
The FRSC further has advised regular vehicle maintenance to avoid such incidents.
