The troop of the 34 Artillery Brigade of the Nigerian Army has stormed the den of the notorious terrorist located in Obinze, Owerri in Imo State which was headed by Monday Ogu, also known as B44 and demolished it.
In the Ezioha hamlet, Mbaitoli Council Area of Imo, the troops also exhumed dead bodies thought to be the terrorists’ victims that had been buried in shallow graves close to the hideout.
Brig Gen. Usman Lawal, the Brigade Commander, while confirming the development to reporters shortly after the operation on Saturday said his brave officers had conducted the drill in response to intelligence information.
