Highlighting Shettima’s career, the President noted his tenure as the Governor of Borno State from 2011 to 2019 and his role as Senator representing Borno Central from 2019 to 2023.
President Tinubu joined family, friends, and government officials in celebrating Shettima, commending his enthusiasm, vigour, and friendly nature in governance.
The President expressed gratitude for Shettima’s unwavering support and wished him continued good health and strength in his service to the nation.
