TETFund Pledges Infrastructural, Research Support To African Aviation Varsity 

The Tertiary Education Trust Fund (TETFUND) has assured newly established African University of Aviation in Nigeria, of providing all the required intervention fund needed for the establishment of infrastructural and Research facilities.

The Executive Secretary of TETFund, Arc. Sonny Echono gave the assurance when he received the Minister of Aviation, Festus Keyamo and leadership of the University of Aviation on a courtesy call to the Fund headquarters in Abuja.

While promising to communicate the Minister and university’s request for support to the board of TETfund, Echono noted that the Fund also assist in the architectural design to ensure the university meets global standard as a special institution.

The TETFund boss commended the minister for his patriotic zeal, standing up for what was right as well as his doggedness in ensuring the smooth take-off of the institution.

Earlier the minister of Aviation, Festus Keyamo appreciated the Echono for assisting to bring the institution to fruition while in service as permanent secretary in the federal ministry of education.

Keyamo said he was at the Fund to ask for some intervention assistance from TETFUND to enable the Aviation university move to a permanent site, even as he specifically requested for an intervention in infrastructural development.
