According to him, Peak Performance Festival has two goals; one is that they empower the demographics they serve and also celebrate the demographics they serve.
“We serve three demographics which are Champ Global Leadership Consulting. We serve young leaders who are actively engaged as career professionals and entrepreneurs who are under 40 years old. We serve them so that they can continue to deliver excellence.
“The second demographic we serve are women in leadership. Women who are first-line supervisors, regardless of whether she is only leading one person in an organisation or they are at the very top of their organisation.
“We also serve very senior leaders both male and female, who are C- level executives. So, the Peak Performance Festival is that platform created to bring all of them together and dispense to them the insight they need on their level to drive growth
He further stated that the high point of the Festival is the Legacy and Corporate Award where they seek out legacy leaders and celebrate them to be an inspiration to the youths.
Many things are going right in Nigeria, and on our continent, it is not all gloom and doom. So, when things are going right, let us say it. Of course, when things need to be improved, we should say it as well.
“And over time that we have been doing this, contributing to organisations, we have seen the revenue of organisations grow, we have seen organisations improve their operational efficiency.”
