Shareefah Andu Emerges Lekki Phase 1 Residents Association’s First Female Chair

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Arabel Islamic Nigeria, Mrs. Shareefah Abiola Andu, has emerged as the first female chairperson of Lekki Phase 1 Residents Association (LERA).

The founder of the popular Islamic merchandising brand in Nigeria was elected and sworn-in on Sunday, December 8, alongside six executive members including Kevin Ebhojie (Vice Chairman), Yetty Ogunnubi (General Secretary), Toye Owodunni (Asst. General Secretary), Kola Oni (Financial Secretary), Kenneth Atu- anya (Treasurer) and Akin Semowo (Publicity Secretary).

The newly elected executive will direct the affairs of the highbrow residential estate for the next two years administrative term.

In her maiden address, Mrs. Andu expressed appreciation to the members of the community for electing her as the first female chairman of the Lekki Phase 1 Residents Association.

She said, “First, let me take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude for the trust and confidence you have placed in me by electing me as the Chairman of our great association, Lekki Phase 1 Residents Association (LERA). It is truly an honour.
