Controversial music producer, Samuel Oguachuba, better known as Samklef, has commended Igbos for shunning the ongoing nationwide protest against bad governance in the country.
New Telegraph reports that a cross-section of Nigerians trooped out on Thursday to begin a nationwide demonstration over the high level of hardship in the country.
However, it was gathered the protest was boycotted in the Igbo-dominated South-East, of which Samklef stated that it was a welcome development.

Taking to his X page, Samklef stated that the tribes in power should carry on with the protest.
He wrote: “God bless my Igbo people for shunning the protest. Let the tribes in power carry their cross.”
