Ronaldo Sets To Play At Algarve Game In Portugal

It’s the first time Ronaldo would be playing in his home country in the colours of Al Nassr, and the buzz is unimaginable.

It’s not just a friendly game but a mini-Tournament and the ate stakes as always are high when arguably the greatest player of all time is involved.

Since the 38-year-old moved to Saudi Arabia, the sport of football has not just become more popular in the country but the league has also attracted big names such as Benzema, Ngolo Kante and many more.

The tournament will take place on 20 and 21 July, with Benfica facing Al Nassr, the team where Cristiano Ronaldo plays, and the Spaniards of Celta de Vigo.

“The first match of the tournament, part of the 2023/24 pre-season, will take place on July 20, at 20:30, against Saudi Al Nassr, at Estádio Algarve. On the 21st of July, at the same time and place, Roger Schmidt’s men face the Spanish side Celta de Vigo”, announced Benfica.
