Revealed: N12m School Fees Makes Herbert Wigwe’s Varsity Nigeria’s Most Expensive Varsity

Feelers last night revealed that Wigwe University, Isiokpo, Rivers State, is set to open its doors to the first set of students soon as well as rank the most expensive Nigerian university given the N12 million school fees which the students are to pay.

Checks on the school’s website shows that the cheapest college is Arts with a total fee of N9.6 million.

It was gathered that the university, which was founded by the late former Access Holdings Chief Executive Officer, Herbert Wigwe, is keen on providing a world class education that equips students with the knowledge and skills to be future-ready.

Recall that Wigwe died in a helicopter crash alongside his wife Chizoba, and son Chizzy in California on February 9.

Investigations further revealed that the university is set to offer a diverse range of programmes across four major colleges, including the College of Management and Social Sciences, the College of Art, the College of Science and Computing, and the College of Engineering. Now, fees to study in any of these colleges do not come cheap
