Popular Nollywood actress and wife of Nigerian Senator, Regina Daniels has faced heavy criticism on social media as she called for a peaceful protest following the ongoing protest against bad governance in the country.
New Telegraph had earlier reported that many netizens on Thursday, August 1, stormed a peaceful protest tagged, “#EndBadGovernance over the state of the country.
However, in a video making round on the internet, Regina Daniels had taken it upon herself to lend her voice on the protest, advising and calling for a peaceful protests.
However, her comment section has become littered with disparaging reactions from netizens who lambasted her for her opinion.
