It was a day of joy and shower of praises as renowned businessmen, Mr Sudeep Ramnani and Mr. Jai Mahtani, extended their ongoing outreach to the less privileged within the Yaba and Eti-Osa Local Government Areas of Lagos State in celebration of Nigeria’s 64th Independence Anniversary.
The day, which witnessed a large turnout of respectable business tycons, residents, friends and dignitaries from all walks of life, saw the businessmen felicitate with the less privileged in their thousands.
Recall that Ramnani and Mahtani are international businessmen and foreign investors in the Nigerian market. They are also British Indians.
During the event, which held yesterday (October 11), Ramnani and Mahtani distributed lots of food items through their representative, Mrs. Beulah Akingbelu-Banjo, to support Federal Government’s effort to tackle hunger and food poverty in the country.
According to the duo, there is no better way to celebrate Nigeria than to seek the welfare and wellbeing of its citizens in our own little way.
The businessmen added that the outreach is proposed to reach out to every local government in Nigeria; two local governments at a time within the next couple of years.
