The Premier League will commence a hearing into Manchester City’s 115 alleged charges of breaching financial fair play rules on Monday.
The charges span a nine-year period, from 2009 to 2018, during which Manchester City won the Premier League title three times.
The Premier League alleged that Manchester City failed to provide accurate financial information over nine seasons, including fully disclosing the financial remuneration made to one of their managers over a four-year period.

There are suggestions of a secret contract that paid the manager more than officially stated.
The hearing is expected to last up to two months, with both the Premier League and Manchester City presenting legal arguments.
An independent commission will review the evidence and make a decision, which may result in a points deduction or expulsion from the Premier League if Manchester City is found guilty.
However, any decision is unlikely to be made public before spring.
