The Urban Vibe Collection was launched on August 12, 2023, with the attendees attesting to the fact that the colourful designs on each piece were such that they were eye-candies and quite attention-grabbing.
Asked Mosimileoluwa Peter Aliu, the CEO of Ọ̀gbẹ́ni MMXII about the inspiration behind the collection, he explained that he got several requests from a few of his friends who wanted T-shirts and sweatshirts that would remind them of home, but in a unique, simple, colourful yet very cool form, for whenever they are travelling out of the country.
He stated further that it took a whole lot of testing, sampling of various fabrics and designing before he could create a few ones that resonated with everyone.
“I sent it to them, and they loved it. The entire team of Ọ̀gbẹ́ni MMXII spent the next month piecing every intricate detail to make for tasteful products. We decided to make different combos with diverse patterns, and that is how the Urban Vibe Collection came alive,” he declared.
It’s believed that the brand has more to offer its customers and fashion enthusiasts in terms of crafting and releasing stunning pieces that blend vintage with modern design.
Looking forward to the next collection, which Mosimileoluwa has assured would be released as soon as he completes his research on the right fabric type.
But then, Urban Vibe Collection ticks the right boxes, hoping that the next collection will be fire, as it’s the usual style at Ọ̀gbẹ́ni MMXII.
