Nysc To Restrategise Ahead Of ‘B’ 2023 Mobilisation Exercise

Determined to have a smooth, efficient, effective and successful Batch B orientation exercise, the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) has set up machinery to strategise towards a better performance in the 2023 Batch ‘B mobilisation exercise.

The Director-General of the scheme, Brig.-General Y. D. Ahmed, while speaking at the 2023 Batch ‘B’ pre-mobilization exercise yesterday in Abuja, assured all the stakeholders that the scheme will leave no stone unturned towards the formulation of practicable steps in achieving a seamless mobilisation process.

He said the workshop will signal the commencement of a new ‘Batch’ in the service year. “We expect the workshop to fashion out strategies toward the success of the mobilisation process,” he explained. The stakeholders’ workshop which focuses on “Re-Strategising the NYSC Mobilisation Process for Optimal Performance in the Post Golden Jubilee Era,” will help all stakeholders to be more committed and effective in the discharge of their responsibilities.

“The importance of this workshop cannot be overemphasized as it provides the platform for the commencement of a new ‘Batch’ in the service year, where strategies are fashioned for the success of the mobilisation process. The lessons learned from the implementation of decisions reached at the last workshop are expected to influence our deliberations toward better performance in the forthcoming 2023 Batch ‘B’ mobilisation exercise.”
