Nollywood actor, Zubby Michael has faced criticism over his recent post and for refusing to publicly mourn the passing of his late colleague, Junior Pope.
Sunday Telegraph recalls that Junior Pope alongside some of his crew members tragically lost their lives in a boat accident in Asaba, Delta State a few days ago.
Due to the tragic demise of the actor and other crew members, Nollywood peers took a break from social media to honour the deceased. However, Zubby Michael appeared unconcerned and enjoying his life.
In a recent post shared via his Instagram page, he was seen walking majestically while being recorded.
Sharing the video, he followed it with a caption that said “God Pass Them”

The post has, however, triggered criticism as netizens flocked to the comment section, condemning him for not publicly grieving for his late friend, who was once his closest companion.
Some suggested a sour relationship between the duo and a check on Zubby’s followers list revealed that they stopped following each other on Instagram.
