NAF Strike Destroys Terrorists’ Logistics Base In Kaduna

The Nigerian Air Force has destroyed terrorists logistics base at Yadi Forest in Giwa Local Government Area (LGA) of Kaduna State.

The Deputy Director of public Relations and Information (DDOPRI), Group Captain Kabiru Ali, said the Nigerian Air force, operated under Operation WHIRL PUNCH (OPWP).

Ali in a release said, “The operation was executed on Friday, Sept 27, following credible intelligence reports indicating huge presence of terrorists and their weapons cache in the Yadi Forest.

“Intensive intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance confirmed the consistent presence of terrorists and their motorcycles at the location.

“Additional intelligence revealed that the logistics base belonged to the notorious terrorist kingpin Kadage Gurgu, a close ally of Dogo Gide.”
