Muhammadu advised personnel to be punctual, dedicated, and focused on their jobs.
The new Commandant also addressed the issue of dress code, stating that improper dressing and incomplete uniforms will no longer be tolerated, except for officers in Intelligence and Investigation.
He urged officers and men to abide by the dress code and maintain a professional attitude.
This development follows the handover of leadership from Commandant Lucy Fakoya to Commandant Muhammadu on September 6, 2024.
Fakoya had urged personnel to extend their support and cooperation to her successor.
The change in leadership is expected to bring new dynamics to the NSCDC Kaduna State Command, with Commandant Muhammadu’s emphasis on discipline and professionalism likely to shape the corps’ operations in the state.
