The father of late Nigerian singer, Ilerioluwa Aloba, popularly known as Mohbad, Joseph Aloba on Friday make new allegations about his son’s wife, Wunmi and his son’s sudden demise.
Saturday Telegraph recalls that Mohbad died in a controversial manner on Tuesday, September 12, 2023, at the age of 26.
However, the cause of his death has remained a controversial issue as many opined that there is more to his demise than what is being revealed.
According to Mohbad’s father, his late son’s hair was already shaven when he got to his house, adding that the singer initially rejected Wunmi’s pregnancy.
In a video that surfaced online, Mohbad’s father was heard speaking in an online discussion claiming that his son, Mohbad had initially rejected Wunmi’s pregnancy.

He had recounted an exchange between the singer and his wife during which Mohbad had asked her how she became suddenly pregnant when he had only slept with her once.
Also, he revealed that when he returned from the police station to report his death, he found that Mohbad’s hair was already shaven, and he didn’t have any idea what it was used for.
This new revelation has garnered a wave of controversy online as many have taken to their social media page to share their opinion on the matter. Many berated Mohbad’s father for trying to accuse Wunmi once again, while others urged Wunmi to push through with the DNA.
