Popular social media critic, Daniel Regha has taken to his social media page to react to the emergence of Chidimma Adetshina as the Miss Universe Nigeria 2024.
Sunday Telegraph had earlier reported that the former Miss South Africa contestant, Adetshina, emerged as Miss Universe Nigeria on Saturday night, August 31st, 2024 after a keenly contested pageant.
Speaking on her victory, Adetshina said, “This crown is not just for beauty; it’s a call for unity.”
Following her emergence, the South African based media entertainment channel confirmed the victory in a post on its X saying: “Chidimma Vanessa Adetshina has emerged as Miss Universe Nigeria 2024.”

Reacting, Daniel Regha took to his X page to criticize her win, stating that the pageant was so predictable, stressing that it’s so wrong for Nigerians to give a crown to someone who came in last minute.
He also added that other contestants didn’t stand a chance to win the moment Chidinma entered the competition .
