Liverpool skipper and England international, Jordan Henderson is presently attracting interest from Al-Ettifaq, Saudi Pro League outfit who is coached by Reds legend, Steven Gerrard.
Gerrard hope to convince the 33-year-old midfielder who is a long serving captain of Liverpool to leave the Reds.
Henderson joined the club in 2011 and he’s tied to the Jürgen Klopp-led side on a contract set to expire in 2025.
Henderson may be the latest high-profile experienced Premier League player to take the leap to Saudi Arabia, after Chelsea’s N’Golo Kanté or Wolverhampton’s Ruben Neves.
Henderson has not yet responded to Al-Ettifaq’s offer.

Henderson is set to see his playing time decline amid the midfield revamp overseen by Klopp. This summer, Liverpool have signed Argentine 2022 World Cup winner Alexis Mac Allister from Brighton and Hungarian international Dominik Szoboszlai from RB Leipzig for a combined €110m.
However, with a spot in England’s squad for the Euro 2024 on the line, Henderson may not see it fit to leave Liverpool right now.
