
In a significant leadership change, Leadway Capital and Trusts Limited (LCTL) has announced the appointment of Ms. Sola Seweje as the new Chief Executive Officer following the retirement of Mr. Ayodeji Wuraola from that position.
According to the Board of Directors, Ms. Seweje is expected to resume the role of the CEO immediately. A statement by the Leadway Group Media Consultant, Modion Communications, stated that the transition marked the beginning of a new chapter for Leadway Capital & Trusts Limited, one of Nigeria’s leading wills and trusts services providers.

Ms. Seweje brings over 18 years of experience in the financial services industry, particularly in trust services, asset management, and financial planning.
She has held senior positions, including Managing Director of Capital Express Global Trustees Limited and Coronation Trustees Limited as well as Head of Business Development at ARM Trustees Limited and United Capital Trustees Limited.
She has a proven track record in strategic business expansion, stakeholder mana g e m e n t , and delivering bespoke s o l u t i o n s to high netwo r t h individuals (HNI) and institutions, equipping her well to lead the organisation into the future.
