Lata Tondon Breaks Silence, Congratulates Hilda Baci For Guinness World Record

Renowned Indian chef, Lata Tondon has finally broken the silence after popular Nigerian chef, Hilda Baci has been crowned the new holder of the longest cooking marathon (Individual).

It would be recalled that the Indian chef had been dragged following her initial reaction to the announcement of Hilda Baci as the new record holder.

However, she deleted her previous post congratulating Hilda which resulted in backlashes from netizens.

Lata Tondon who previously held the record with 87 hours, 45 minutes was displaced by the Nigerian with a 93 hours 11 minutes record.

Tondon took to her Instagram page to pen a congratulatory message to Nigerians and Hilda Baci on accomplishing the great feat two days following the announcement.

She noted that she’s happy for Nigerians and wishes Hilda the best.

“Namastey Nigeria. I’m very happy for you all & my best wishes to Hilda!,” she wrote.
