LASG Seals Cubana Chief Priest’s Donald Fast Foods For Noise Pollution

The Lagos State Government has sealed Donald Fast Foods, located on Adebayo Doherty Street in Lekki Phase 1, due to persistent noise pollution in the predominantly residential area.

The closure was enforced by the Lagos State Environmental Protection Agency (LASEPA), following numerous complaints from residents about loud music and disturbances during late-night hours.

The fast food outlet, owned by businessman, Pascal Okechukwu, popularly known as Cubana Chief Priest, also operates as De Angels Night Club, which further intensified the disruptions.

Despite receiving multiple warnings and abatement notices, LASEPA took decisive action on Sunday, to address the ongoing noise and restore peace to the neighborhood.

This development was confirmed by Lagos State Commis – sioner for Environment, Tokunbo Wahab, in a post on his official X (formerly Twitter) account.
