
Valencia manager, Carlos Corberán has hailed Umar Sadiq following his debut performance for the Spanish club.
Sadiq made his maiden appearance for the Los Ches in Tuesday night’s 2-0 Copa del Rey victory over Eldense.
Corberán, who recently joined Valencia from West Bromwich praised the Nigeria international for his exemplary attitude.
“From day one he (Sadiq) has come with the necessary attitude and mentality to play for Valencia CF,” Corberán told Newsmen after the game.

“Whoever comes must come with that commitment and that intention to help.
“Today was a first step where he has shown that attitude necessary for this moment”.
Sadiq joined Valencia on loan from Real Sociedad last weekend.
Valencia has the option to make the move permanent at the end of the season.
