The Lagos State Police Command has arrested and detained two individuals involved in the illegal sale of newborn twins.
New Telegraph gathered that the suspects were apprehended following a tip-off regarding the sale of the infants shortly after birth.
The twins have since been rescued and are now in safe custody.
