–Kwankwaso
Following the decimation of the notorious kidnapping and bandits’ King pin, Halilu Sububu, by the Nigeria Troops, the Arewa Consultative Forum, ACF and other similar Northern Pressure groups, have been advised to put sentiments aside and support the Minister of Defence and Military in the onslaught on the Bandits to completely eradicate them from the Zone.
Dr. Musa Illiyasu Kwankwaso, a strong member of the APC and a Former Commissioner in the Government of Abdullahi Ganduje in Kano, said that Northerners and other Nigerians should do more by putting politics and religious sentiments aside to support the military, who have taken the challenge to the enclaves of bandits.
He said the fact that the Minister of State, Defence, Bello Matawale, has relocated to Sokoto and more troops have been deployed to the area, citizens are now beginning to see excellent results and what they require is support from everybody.
Kwankwaso said that not only Halilu Sububu and Bandits Kingpin in Katsina were killed by the Military but other kingpins like Bello Turji and others.
“Just like the way the Military are making success in the fights against criminals in the land, that is how President Tinubu would soon take out Nigeria from the bondage of poverty and shackles of hunger,” he assured.
