King Charles III’s Coronation: One Day I’ll Tell My Son I’m Tiwa Savage

Queen of Afrobeats, Tiwa Savage has finally spoken out on her epic performance at King Charles III’s coronation ceremony.

New Telegraph reports that the sensational singer made history on Sunday night, April 7 as she performed at King Charles III’s coronation ceremony alongside other ace musicians across the world.

In videos making the round on social media, the 43-year-old singer could be seen in a green dress as she performed one of her songs, ‘Keys to the Kingdom’.

Her epic performance had, however, left many singing her praises.

As history would have it, Tiwa Savage is the first African artist to perform at the coronation of the British Monarch.
In reflection on her performance, the single mother of one took to her Instagram page to share a video of her performance as she captions it with a statement that reads; one day she will tell her don she’s the one who performed at the ceremony.

She wrote, “One day I will tell my son that this is “Tiwa Savage”.
