Two people, a man and a woman, have been killed by rocket fire in northern Israel, the emergency services have said.
Israel reported at least 20 rockets fired at the Kiryat Shmona area from Lebanon, and Hezbollah said it attacked the area.
Meanwhile, the UN’s Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs has said a quarter of Lebanese territory is under “Israeli military displacement orders”.
Around 1.2m people have been displaced in Lebanon since Israel began intense air strikes last month, reports the BBC.
In southern Lebanon, Hezbollah reported clashes with Israeli troops in eastern and western parts of the border.
