Gombe Gov Hails North-Eastern Varsity

Governor Inuwa Yahaya of Gombe State yesterday visited the North-Eastern University (former Pen Resource University) Gombe to inspect the facilities and courses being offered by the institution. Inuwa, represented by his deputy Manassah Jatau, said he was impressed with the state-of-the-art infrastructure and the quality of education being provided at the university.

He commended the owner for his dedication to investing in education to complement his administration’s efforts in creating opportunities for students to pursue their academic goals. He emphasized the need for private institutions like North-Eastern University to continue supporting education initiatives and contributing to the growth of the educational sector in Gombe, and other parts of the North East.
