Foundation engages stakeholders in Plateau on peaceful coexistence

An organization, the Gideon and Funmi Para-Mallam Foundation in collaboration with the British High Commission have engaged stakeholders in communities in Plateau State on peaceful coexistence. The stakeholders in the three-day event were drawn from six local government areas making up the Plateau North senatorial zone; however, they advocated for continued dialogue, forgiveness and tolerance as essential ingredients for peaceful coexistence. President of the foundation, Rev. Gideon Para-Mallam said his organisation and other like minds are working to promote dialogue, reconciliation, and peaceful co-existence and called on the people to embrace peace at all times. “We desire that the people of Plateau State will continue to value dialogue. We desire that people engage in and practice tolerance and forgiveness; we encourage people to promote the sense of justice and fairness for all in the various communities.” Para-Mallam said.
