Finally, Kellyrae ‘Doublekay’ Wins BBNaija Season 9

After 10 weeks of undiluted entertainment 33-year king sley Sule (aka KellyRae) of the ‘DoubleKay’ pair has emerged winner of the Season 9 edition of the Big Brother Naija edition.

In a keenly contested grandfinale, KellyRae defeated three other female finalist that included Wanni, Onyeka and Victoria, to win the coveted N60 million cash prize, a brand-new SUV jeep and other consolidation prizes.

The Delta State-born professional singer, who came into Biggie’s house alongside his beautiful wife, Kassia Sule as ‘DoubleKay’ tactically played the game as an individual and also during group tasks, despite the eviction of his wife just a week to the final.

KellyRae and his wife, Kassia, who are the first married couple to participate in the BBNaija, have known each other for over 10 years but only got married last February. The grand finale witnessed electrifying performance by JoeBoy and Qing Madi, who dazzled the audience with their different songs.

Speaking on his win, KellyRae attributed the victory to God Almighty, his amazing wife ‘Kassia’, who made playing the game as a duo seamless and a build up to the D-Day.

He said: “Now that the show is over, KellyRae look forward to making an impact in the entertainment industry, invest part of the prize money and above all give back to the society.”

.KellyRae completed his primary and secondary education in Warri before pursuing a degree in Music at Delta State University.

KellyRae began his music career in Warri, performing at local events and eventually expanding to larger audiences. He has released a 7-track EP titled Success, featuring collaborations with notable artists like Graham D and Erigga.

His music is characterised by impactful lyrics and soothing vocals. In August, KellyRae was announced as a contestant on the Big Brother Naija Season 9 Reality Show, alongside his wife, Kassie Sule, as part of the Double Kay couple.
