On Friday, the Federal Government announced the offer of the new minimum wage from N60,000 to N62,000
This is coming after organized labour has reduced its demand from N494,000 to N250,000.
Meanwhile, the Tripartite Committee on New National Minimum Wage adjourned its closed-door meeting as there was no consensus at the meeting.

The organized private sector also backed the government offer of N62,000.
