A chieftain of the Labour party in Abia State and a youth advocate, Engr. Nwabueze Onwuneme has called on the PDP and APC candidates in the last general election, Barr. Okey Ahaiwe and High Chief Ikechi Emenike to eschew further litigations and join hands with Dr Alex Otti to develop the state.

In a press release made available to newsmen, Onwuneme said he was appealing to their conscience knowing that they both know they did not come anywhere near winning the election as it can be seen that Abians voted massively for Otti which both God and Abians are ready to defend any day any time.

Onwuneme advised them to use the monies and energy that have been expended on the litigations to help improve the lots of their constituents and Abians in general as this would go a long way in complementing the efforts of the governor who has greatly demonstrated exemplary leadership with his vast and robust restoration of hope programmes across all sectors of the economy of the state.

Onwuneme also congratulated Dr.Otti on his concurrent resounding victory and said knowing him as a humane leader he will surely carry along all in his quest to develop the state.
