After the successful run of the Mr. Funny (Oga Sabinus) across Nigerian universities, entertainment czar and Chief Executive Officer of Engraced Events, Mr. Itoto Emmanuel, is returning with another major show by teaming up with multi-talented globally rated entertainer, Chibuike Josh Alfred, popularly known as Josh2funny, for another round of tours across the nation’s universities.
Emmanuel, in chat with journalists, said the tour is returning to Nigerian varsities on popular demand, promising that the tour would feature a potpourri of exciting entertainment opportunity for youths and brands.
According to him, “We want to thank all the stakeholders who made the last campus tour a success. It was an exhilarating experience for everyone who was part of that success. This year, we want to build on that momentum and would be working with Josh2Funny. A global star, he brings so much verve and promise to the touring experience as his multi-character product has earned him global recognition with a feature in America Got Talent. We are indeed happy to be working with him on this project.”
He noted that the tour would maintain the tradition of offering a platform for talent discovery, afford brands the opportunity to connect with youths on campuses as well as advocate against social issues such as drug abuse, cultism, and violence.
Emmanuel added: “We are excited to also inform our fans that this show promises to be thrilling. It would feature everything we did last year and even much more in terms of opportunities for brands and also the prospects for talent discovery and development. So we are asking everybody to watch out for the tour.”
Josh2Funny expressed excitement about the event, stating that the tour would redefine campus tours across Nigerian university.
He said: “Working with Engraced Event and Emmanuel on this project is so soothing. I am certain that we would be taking the campuses by storm and deliver the best of entertainment.”
Engraced Events had in 2023 teamed up with Oga Sabinus last year in organizing the Sabinus Live on Campus, which toured not less than six university campuses across Nigeria, delivering electrifying performances by A-list musicians, comedians and other acts.
