However, the protest has been the subject of media discourse over the last week.
Taking to social media, Portable said he decided to participate in the 2020 #EndSARS protest because he was poor stating that billionaires like Aliko Dangote and Femi Otedola do not participate in protest.
He said: “They said that I joined the protest in 2020. It was then, poor thinking! Now that I have money, I am thinking like a wealthy person,”
“Have you ever seen Otedola and Dangote protesting? You won’t see people like Dele Momodu. Better mind your business! I didn’t have money back then. I’m now thinking like a rich man.”
Portable gained fame in 2021, following the release of ‘Zazoo Zeh’, his hit single featuring Olamide and Poco Lee.
