Ekiti 2022: SWAGA begins mobilization ahead guber poll

The Southwest Agenda for Tinubu 2023 Presidential Ambition (SWAGA), has said the group has commenced rigorous mobilisation of voters across Ekiti State to prevent electoral loss for the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the state in the 2022 governorship election.


Former Minister of Works and the  National Chairman of SWAGA Senator Dayo Adeyeye, who disclosed this regretted that  the current administration of Governor Kayode Fayemi has let people down, added that the emergence of  SWAGA remains the only hope of the aggrieved party members and the public.


Adeyeye spoke in Ado Ekiti at  the weekend while addressing APC members at the conclusion of the mobilisation efforts of the group across the 16 local government areas of the state.


The former minister lamented that alleged lack of inclusion, politics of hatred and impositional habits being perpetrated by loyalists of  Governor Kayode Fayemi has cost  the APC in Ekiti it’s popularity despite being the ruling party.
