#EdoDecides2024: Obaseki Casts Vote, Expresses Confidence In Election Process

Edo State Governor, Godwin Obaseki, has cast his vote at polling unit 19, Ward 4, Oredo, located within Emokpae Primary School, Benin City in the ongoing state gubernatorial election.

New Telegraph reports that Governor Obaseki arrived at the polling unit and voted at approximately 11:57 am.

After casting his ballot, he expressed satisfaction with the conduct of the voting process, noting that it was orderly and well-organized.

He also expressed optimism that the collation of votes across the state would proceed seamlessly, ensuring a transparent and credible election outcome.

Obaseki’s vote marked a significant moment in the election, as he encouraged the people of Edo State to come out in large numbers to exercise their right to vote.

The election continues with a high voter turnout, and all eyes are now on the collation process as the election nears its conclusion.
