Edo Poll: Edo Govt Declares Friday ‘Work-Free Day’

Ahead of the Saturday’s governorship election, the Edo State Government has declared Friday, September 20, a work-free day in the State.

This was contained in a press statement signed by the Secretary to the State Government (SSG), Joseph Eboigbe who ensured that security measures have been provided to ensure a free, fair, and credible election.

This is to enable workers and other electorate to travel to their voting areas ahead of the September 21 governorship election in the State.

He conveyed the wishes of the State government for journey mercies of the people to their polling units
