Davido’s first baby mama and Businesswoman, Sophia Momodu has taken to her Twitter handle to tweet a cryptic post about the abuse women are going through.

According to her, she said “It’s been almost a year. Enough is enough,”, as she pens her thoughts on financial abuse

She went further stating that the most repulsive thing a man can do, in her opinion, is to monetarily pressure a woman into staying with you, particularly when there are children involved.

She added that for those who purposefully punish innocent children, there must be a particular spot in hell for them.

“Enough is enough; it’s almost been a year. Only in Nigeria are women and children not protected by the law, and men simply do nothing because the entire system is so bad.

“As there is no one to defend and speak for these women, the number of women in Nigeria who experience financial abuse and are compelled to remain silent is staggering”
