Charly Boy Begs Odumeje To Save Nigeria

Maverick singer, Charles Oputa, popularly known as Charly Boy, has called on controversial pastor, Chukwuemeka Cyril Ohanaemere also known as Odumeje, to use his power to save Nigeria from burning.

Taking to his X page, Charly Boy lamented the hardship in Nigeria’s economy, adding that the country is desperately in need.

Speaking further, he noted that there is hunger in the country.

Charly Boy said: “Dear Odumeje, We Nigerians have humbly come to you – please can you stop the nation from burning, fire is catching, the economy is plummeting.

“We ask for your power in this desperate time of need.

“Abeg no mind Dangote, he gets plenty money oo, this hunger no dey reach his side that’s why E no understand say E go humble before the Indabosky #Naijamatter.”

This is coming when President Bola Tinubu rolled out measures to tackle food insecurity in the country.

The measures, announced by the Minister of Agriculture and Food Security, Abubakar Kyari said a 150-Day Duty-Free Import Window for food commodities would be implemented by the Federal Government.

He noted that within its period, the government will relax the tax and import duties on Wheat, Maize, Husked Brown Rice, and Cowpeas.
