Burna Boy Wins Best International Act At 2023 BET Awards

Nigerian Grammy-award winning singer, Burna Boy has won the award for the Best International Act at the 2023 edition of Black Entertainment Awards (BET).

At this year edition of the award, the 32-Year-old afrobeat superstar beat the likes of Ayra Starr, Central Cee and Stormzy, among others to win the most greatly desired category of the BET awards.

It would be recalled that Burna Boy had in 2019 and 2021 took home the same category of BET and in 2022 Awards with his album title ‘Love, Damini’ which was a worldwide success.

Other nominees in the category include Aya Nakamura, Ayra Starr, Central Cee, Ella Mai, K.O, L7nnon, Stormzy, Tiakola and Uncle Waffles.
