Nigerian social media critic, Martins Otse, better known as VeryDarkMan, has revealed that he possesses more evidence to support his claims in the ongoing controversy involving Idris Okuneye, popularly known as Bobrisky alleged bribery scandal.
VeryDarkMan made this known after a leaked voice note in which Bobrisky allegedly claimed to have served a private sentence following his conviction in April, with the help of the Nigerian Correctional Service (NCoS) and his godfather.
In a recent Instagram post, VeryDarkMan further disclosed, “I have another voice note to post, which I will share tomorrow, and it’s from a different person.”

He emphasized that the allegations involve multiple high-ranking officials, including EFCC officers, the Comptroller General of Prisons, and human rights lawyer, Femi Falana, as well as his son, Falz.
This follows a public denial from Falana, who issued a 24-hour ultimatum for VeryDarkMan to retract statements that linked him to the scandal.
In response, VeryDarkMan clarified that he never defamed Falana but expressed doubts about the claims made in the voice note.
He emphasized his deep respect for Falana’s work as a Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN) and reiterated his call for a thorough investigation into the matter.
The controversy originally began when VeryDarkMan shared a voice note in which Bobrisky allegedly claimed that Falana and Falz were involved in a ₦10 million scheme to secure a presidential pardon.
In the same voice note, Bobrisky described how his six-month sentence for naira abuse was served in a private apartment, thanks to his influential connections.
Falana, through his legal team, has denied these allegations and demanded both a retraction and an apology.
However, VeryDarkMan remains firm on his stance, insisting that the matter be fully investigated to uncover the truth.
He called for Bobrisky to face the law if the claims were false, adding, “Uncle Falana, I will never defame you, and I did not defame you. You are my daddy, and I love you 100%.”
This development marks another significant chapter in the scandal, as more evidence is expected to surface in the coming days, potentially further implicating or exonerating the individuals involved.
