The second runner-up in the just concluded Big Brother Naija (BBNaija) Season 9 “No Loose Guard”, Onyeka Chigbo, on Saturday clarified misconceptions about the relationship dynamics with her sister Chizoba, who was also her partner on the show.
Onyeka who spoke during her media rounds clarified that she is not bossy towards her sister.
According to her, “I’m not bossy with my sister. Fans often have unrealistic expectations of housemates. In reality, no one greets their siblings every morning; we have a friendly relationship.”

Reflecting on her journey in the BBNaija house, Onyeka expressed her desire to inspire young girls who may be going through self-doubt.
She further stated that even though she did not emerge as the winner, she is happy with how far she was able to make it in the show.
“Even though I didn’t win the cash prize, I had my own fair share of wins. Making it to the finals alone qualifies one as a winner.”
Talking about her game strategy, Onyeka stated that it was all about authenticity for her.
She said, “My strategy was being real. I did not hold back my emotions at any point in the show.”
