Again, Bayern Munich held another round of talks internally to establish Tottenham Hotspur striker, Harry Kane as their top target this summer.
The Bavarians had discussed the idea of the England international earlier but dismissed it due to his age and Tottenham’s asking price.
Spurs Chairman, Daniel Levy has demanded £100 million from suitors for his prized striker even though the player has only 12 months left on his current deal. This valuation put off interested parties.
However, Bayern has decided to pursue Kane again. They have received the green light that he would be open to moving to Germany this summer.

Manchester United were in the race to sign the center-forward this summer. He is United manager Erik Ten Hag’s top target to lead their forward line ahead of next season. But they found it difficult to beat Levy’s high valuation down.
Even though Kane reportedly wanted to move to United and stay in England to the all-time Premier League scoring record, he has not forced a transfer move.
United have since pulled out of the race for the Tottenham star. They have moved on to other targets like midfielder Mason Mount and Atalanta’s Rasmus Hojlund.
Also, Real Madrid were after Kane following Karim Benzema’s departure, but Kylian Mbappe’s availability forced them to divert their attention.
The Red Devils could miss out on Kane altogether. The Bundesliga champions are preparing to proceed with an offer to the North London club.
Bayern believe they can seal a deal for around €100 million.
Bayern desperately needs a striker to lead their line next season. The lack of a world-class center-forward was one of the reasons they were not up to their usual standard in the Bundesliga last season.
Also, they struggled in their Champions League exit to Manchester City because of the lack of a striker. They did not have a target man to aim their final balls for.
Bayern manager Thomas Tuchel knows all about Harry Kane from his time in the Premier League when he managed Chelsea. Die Rekordmeister will move to sign the Walthamstow-born attacker for him.
