Erstwhile Osun State Governor Rauf Aregbesola has urged Omoluabi Progressives, a caucus of the Progressives Congress (APC) in the state, to be at the forefront of propagating responsible leadership.
According to him, responsible leadership focused on steering the wheel of development is what the tendency is poised to provide if given the chance to lead the state.
Addressing the caucus during their monthly stakeholders’ meeting in Ilesa yesterday, the immediate past Minister of Interior said what the Omoluabi Progressives represent is a leadership that puts the people and their development at the forefront.
He said: “Our message is clear. All we are poised to propagate is responsible leadership. “Our tendency is comprised of political eggheads and genuine Progressives who understand our journey from inception.
“What distinguishes us from any other politicians is our resolve to promote, propagate, and provide responsible leadership. Ours is a contract of pushing the development of Osun to an enviable height.”
