The Benue State Governor, Rev. Fr. Hyacinth Alia has felicitate all the Muslim faithful in the state and country at large on the occasion of this year’s Eid-Ul-Maulud, a significant day which commemorates the birth of Prophet Muhammad SAW.

The governor in a statement issued on Sunday Chief Press Secretary, Kula Tersoo urged the Muslims to reflect on the principles of the Prophet’s life of kindness, compassion and his role as a spiritual guide.

He charged them to always engage in dialogues and conversations aimed at promoting the unity and growth of the state and country.

The governor solicited for continued prayers and support for the APC led government, assuring that his administration will continue to do everything possible to deliver on its campaign promises.
