
Abia State Command of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) has decorated the recently promoted officers in the command, charging them to keep working hard to ensure a drug-free Abia.
The State Commander CN Adelanwa Amos Adetunji who decorated the officers as directed and approved by the Chairmanship Executive of NDLEA, Brig. Gen Mohammed Buba Marwa said that the event marked a significant milestone for the agency’s personnel.
In a statement signed by Ik Akunne, PRO NDLEA, Abia State Command, Adeunji, underscored the importance of adapting to the evolving digital landscape.
He encouraged the newly promoted officers to enhance their skills and qualifications to stay ahead in today’s technology management world, emphasizing the heightened responsibilities accompanying the promotion.
Adetunji urged the officers to embody exemplary leadership qualities, maintain strict discipline, adhere rigorously to the agency’s extant rules and regulations and demonstrate unwavering professionalism in their duties.
Commander Adentunji expressed confidence in the officer’s abilities to excel further in their careers, commended their achievements thus far and encouraged them to continue striving for excellence and for more promotions, by ensuring they contribute effectively to the agency’s mission.
